Private 1:1 sessions (e.g., Regulation Intensives)
Other educational or coaching services
All services are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, or distribute any materials without permission.
Payment
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. I accept payments through secure payment platforms listed at checkout.
For 1:1 sessions or packages with multiple payments:
Payment must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan before the service is delivered.
Access to digital products is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions)
I understand life happens. To respect my time and other clients, the following applies:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Digital products are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues preventing access.
Refunds
1:1 sessions may be refunded at my discretion, less any cancellation fees.
Digital products (like the 5-Day Reset) are non-refundable once purchased.
No Guarantees
While I provide guidance, education, and support to help you regulate your nervous system, I do not guarantee specific results. Your engagement and application of the tools influence your outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided are my intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or claim them as your own.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of my services or digital products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
